Snes 9x Ex Problem The emulator doesn't detect the game data

I was playing in the emulator yesterday but today I wanted to play Mario All-Stars and the emulato put I don't have any slot and I tried with other games and was the same. I checked my system data and the slot was there but doesn't detect it.Do this problem have a solution or I lost permanently my game data?
