Screen shot size

Hello
I have a question regarding the screen shot resolution that SNES9X takes. I'm using SNES9X for the Mac and when I check the info on a screenshot, it's 512x448. I'm currently putting together screenshots for an upcoming book and the edititor requests that the resolution be 256x224. Is there any way to have SNES9X take the shots in this resolution? I don't want to have to go back and change every pic.
