Cant see controllers on android LG k10

I cant see the image of controlls when i run a game (i only have chrono try).
Its like the cell phone is just a T.V. but i havent the joystick. I hope u understand me... dont know how to explain.
In my screen, I only see the game, but no the pallets of buttons, and arrows
