I cant run only this particular game. WTH!

I've been trying to get super mario rpg to run on my home brewed 3ds. I honestly don't know what the problem could be, but for some reason when I boot up the rom I only see a black screen. Now, I have 10+ other roms saved in my SD card, and they all work (with some few minor bugs that don't really bother me.) Maybe theres some sort of file needed to run it or maybe this specific game is just not compatible with the 3ds (which would suck). Please Help and thank you.

Super Mario RPG uses a specialized coprocessor. If the 3DS version of Snes9X doesn't support that, it won't work.
