Max Frames, Slow Gameplay

Post by Zuji »

Hey so I was searching the forums and Couldn't really find anything that would fix my issue, maybe its just unfixable if the emulators just can't keep up with it. I have been playing Kirby Superstar and at first when it 'felt' slow during gameplay I would just shrug it off and assume its just the amount of sprites/action on the screen. But when the little Intro plays, I remember that the ending music and the screen would both end right when it shows the actual title. Its hard to explain , but i found examples of both on Youtube of what I'm experiencing. so I'll just link the videos and see if there is anything i can do to fix my issure

What speed my game runs.

What speed it should be running.

I know vsync is typically the issue on these things, but regardless of what i enable and disable on both the emulator and graphics card it has no differences. I hope I'm making sense. I just want less lag lol, I hope someone can help :D

It's possible the SA1 isn't being synchronized with the S-CPU properly, making it slower than it should be. This would have to be looked into, it's nothing wrong with your computer or configuration.
