Missing parts of game??

So when I load ROMS they play normal, (obstacles still there) can still run into stuff but everything is missing?? Pictures Below:

certain objects dont appear, but they are still working. Please help!

you've disabled some of the graphics layers via the 1-5 keys; pressing one of them will toggle the corresponding layer and show an onscreen message as to whether you toggled it on or off.
