Hi guys!
Just started using a new build of 1.53 I got from a link here about not being able to use save states with my controller. The new build version fixed that. Yay!
However, in this new version, I have not been able to find a checkbox for toggled fast-forward ANYWHERE. I like to use this for short spurts of powerlevelling in some RPGs. Has it been taken out, or am I just missing something?

You can set a hotkey to be fast forward toggle - it is on the second page of the hotkey config:
