Crackling sound with SNES9x 1.53 x64

I'm trying to run A Link to the Past. I have Input Rate at 31100 and Buffer Length at 80 ms.

My specs are:
Nvidia GTX 770
16 GB DDR3 RAM
Intel i5 4570

Try increasing the input rate. Mine is at 31900, anything less and I'll get crackling once in awhile.
