Snes9x broke my sd card

Maybe ive made a mistake. My sd card can now only be read by snes9x. Homebrew doesnt read it, my pc doesnt read it. Any formatting program crashes trying to read it. So i cant use my only sd card to use my homebrew anymore. PLEASE be a fix. Did it format my sd card without me knowing? How would i unformat it? I hope someone reads these forums. My wiis disk reader died and i use the sd to play all my wii titles. Wii is dead til i buy new one.

UPDATE: USBLoader gx boots fine. Homebrew doesnt see apps, pc cannot read card still
