Interesting....seems as though Byuu need help or, at least want to work together with Snes9x developer and replace the SMP core. Never thought I's see the day. http://board.byuu.org/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=1597 (And yes, I found a way to get to his message board).

Microsoft is going to stop supporting XP within a year or so. Windows 7 isn't THAT bad. Better than Vista.

Why are people so determined to disable interpolated audio? It sounds pretty crappy without it. :?

Wow. It seems Byuu must have found out what I wrote and banned my IP address from viewing his forums. Bitter much? Oh, well. He can't stop me from using the computers from my school, now can he? I never explicitly said I hated him or Bsnes either. Thank goodness for loopholes.

Ugh. I just read what Byuu said about Snes9x, and I found it to be oddly disturbing. Yeah, I know we're all entitled to our opinions, but...maybe he went a bit too far. Quote from http://board.byuu.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1583 "I am disappointed to hear that the BlockInvalidVRAMAccess flag ...

Snes9x uses Gaussian interpolation by default, like a real SNES uses.

Works fine on my end. I doubt it's a problem with Snes9x. Try turning off Triple Buffering and setting skipped frames to 0.

Re: Snes9x 1.53 30 fps in fake fullscreen with vsync enabled

Hi! Thank you so much for this release! I love Snes9x! :) However, I immediately discovered a bug in this version of Snes9x. With vsync enabled, Snes9x... ... runs at 60 fps in windowed mode. ... runs at 30 fps while in fake (emulated) fullscreen mode. <-- the bug ... scrolls smoothly in scrolling ...

Odd....I have vsync enabled, and I also have an nVidia GPU. Use the settings I currently use under the settings; Output Method - Direct3D or OpenGL Sound Driver - XAudio2 (make sure you install it from the XAudio2 website first, this works better on Windows Vista/7 than DirectSound does) Input Rate ...

I just realized that the SRAM wasn't being written after all (ah, crap) and after finding that out after I posted this, it makes me feel even more moronic. The SRAM files aren't even being written to the card (d'oh)! But what was said about the whole savestate containing the SRAM data at the time of...

It wasn't my intent to be rude, as I now retract what I said. I just don't know why I have to use a normal SD versus SDHC. Like I said, it worked on earlier versions. I have a tendency to take advice and criticism the wrong way and if there's anything is coming to get back at me, I sure as heck dese...
