Can't open ROM through the explorer
I'm on Windows 10, using s9x 1.53. Tried with both 32 and 64-bit versions and no luck. I can open a ROM by starting snes9x and loading it, but double-clicking won't work on the ROM (which has the correct association set by snes9x itself). I need this fixed because apparently it messes up with 3rd pa...
