I know there are dozens (maybe hundreds) of these, but I can't seem to find the particular issue that I'm dealing with. I just got my RetroLink USB gamepads, and when I go to run the calibration through the Control Panel, it works just fine. All 8 directions on the D-pad, and all of the buttons work...
