when your Snes9x is stuck... check processes in task manager, maybe there is some process using CPU 99%.

confirmed same issue here, with Snes9x test build, and with Super Bomberman (USA) rom.

I think you have issues with Windows, since you are the only one that have this bug.

try install Windows again (clean install).

that is because you don't have Direct X updated, use this tool to update: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download ... aspx?id=35

check if your video drivers are updated and properly installed.
