recovering autosave state

I have snes9x EX for android and earlier today I was playing some chronotrigger when the game either crashed or I hit the home button by accident. Also I had autosave on every 15 minutes but it seemed to do it whenever I closed the game as well. So I did that and when I opened it back up the file was from twenty minutes or so prior. Anyway so by trying to fix it I ended up saving over the recent one with a save state from over ten hours of gameplay prior. Is there anyway to recover my earlier autosave or is it just gone forever. The five file o have in my download file are .smc .smr .oops .00fmz and .0A.FMZ
