Some Games not taking up Full Screem

and I don't know why.
There Ones I seen so far are:
- Nigel Manesll Grandprix Racing
- Final Fight 3

it's not a bug. some games don't render to the whole screen by design.

because the developer of that particular game made it that way - could be for aesthetic reasons, or maybe they were running running into slowdown and decided to reduce the visible area they need to worry about.
it won't be fixed because there's nothing TO fix - if the the game (or whatever SNES program) is running as-designed, then snes9x is doing its job properly.

Okay Thanks for Explanation for the Reason Why. They are Still Playable though

I Tried Nigel Mansell on ZSNES and That worked Fine and Fit it all on the Screen
