A really annoyng problem

Ive this problem, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5030 and i really want solve it, i dont want format my hd becouse of this plz tell me how to erase this thing from my life forever.

I dont even have the snes9x instaled, ive erased it and yet the problem persist, the same

He steal those type of archives i cant emulate iso images or use HJ split.
