If you can PM me his IP address I'll forward it on to a Admin for him to be unbanned.
We've had a lot of issues with spammers as of late so we've been pretty brutal with IP range bans. Sorry about that.

Yeah, sounds like some flack from our spam protection... these things do happen (unless the user is on an ex-spammers' IP that someone has B&)..
In any case, ALL ISPs are technically wide-area networks.

I've commited Wraithverge's fix. Usually I can also be reached on the snes9x irc channel or via mail directly. There is also the issue queue on github.
