Snes9x.com

When I get into a race in Top Gear 3000, there is a repetitive clicking sound that persists until the race is finished. I tried changing the sound settings and could not get rid of it.

I saw a few previous posts that claimed it was a bug with the echo buffer:

Supposedly it was fixed in newer versions of Snes9x, but I'm running 1.53 for Windows and it's still happening. Can someone help me out? Thanks.
