snes9x doesn't work

hi
i have a problem , i just downloaded the 1.53 version and it doesn't show video or audio, also download the rom yoshi island, delete the snes9x.conf and didn't work.
AMD ATHLON II x4 630
6gb ram
win 7 64 bit
Geforce 9100
