Hi guys, ive had some trouble with SNES - it was buzzing exactly as this thread states >> http://www.snes9x.com/phpBB2/viewtopic. ... 5044bbba81

So i took the advice of that post and downloaded the testbuild - and the buzzing on my problem games has stopped! but now i have another error

On exiting the program i get this:

Quote:
The CG runtime is unavailable, CG shaders will not run.
Consult the snes9x readme for information on how to obtain the runtime.

How to i make this go away?
Thanks for any help guys, im new here :)

Use the most recent testbuild from here , that should fix this issue.

Is there a way to find out what changes are made in these test builds? Places like EmuCR post a link to them, but fail to mention the changes made.

if this is the same test build OV2 posted about a week or two ago, I know it improved the super scope code; it used to force close on 64-bit Windows versions every time you selected the super scope, regardless if the game used it or not.

The testbuild is dated as 11/1/11, so...

The testbuilds are usually the latest git build from that date, you can check the commit messages here: https://github.com/snes9xgit/snes9x/commits/master
