How can you hide _files

When going through my list of games to load a rom, I have to scroll through an entire list of duplicate files that all begin with an underscore _ followed by the games name. Is there anyway to get rid of these or hide them so I can jump right into my list of games. Thank you

why not move/remove the files themselves..?

They dont show on the sd in the computer. Unless they are hidden files, in which case I am not sure if they are required. They only show when I go to load game from my phone

what's the file extension on those files?

You can safely delete the files with the underscores, Mac PCs add these to disks to index files.
