Hey there guys, I use a SNES9X v1.43 and for some reason, when i record using the AVI option everything works fine untill I enter a battle.

After entering the battle a small note shows up on the bottom of the screen saying "AVI Recording Stopped (Configuration Settings Changed)." I have no idea how to fix this and I really need some help!

Use a newer version of Snes9x - I guess 1.43 can't handle the short display change that occurs on battle start.

Thank you, i tried it on snes9x v1.52 and it works! just no sound

looks like i need to install the new DirectX... thanks again for your help ^_^

The current version is 1.53 - but yes, you'll need a recent directx install if you want to use xaudio2.
