Snes9x in Japanese?

I have a quick question...so I was thinking of giving some of my friends in Japan Snes9x, but the issue with that is it isn't in Japanese. Is there a language file or template I can alter in order to make the menu in Japanese? I have no clue how to go about doing that.

If you are talking about the windows version: not at the moment. It's a larger change that I've been unable to find the time for, but translation support is definitely planned.

The gtk version already has a lot of translations.

Crap. I was afraid of that. There's no file I can edit after all.
