are all snes roms compatible with Snes9x

i'm playing chrono trigger and was wondering is it compatible with snes9x because i have been having problems with it?
1. yes, as long as it's a SNES ROM it'll play.
2. what problems are you having specifically with CT?
3. Post back the output of NSRT or at least post the CRC32 number of the ROM
and 4. moved to tech support.
