After you enter the : before the last two numbers. What you suppose to do after that?

Uh, enter the last two numbers? Your linked txt states exactly how to use the program.

When i press enter the program closes down thought dont give me the conversion?

The program gives you the conversion, but it automatically exits, so try to run it by the Windows Prompt ( Execute -> "cmd" ), and the conversion will still be on the screen.
