When I load up Contra 3 I get 60/60 frames and it looks great, when I load Super Metroid I get 50/50 FPS, which is out of sync with my monitor refresh so creates headache inducing mini stutters.

Is there some way to force 60 fps on these games? I am using the current beta, 1.52. Thanks fer any answers.

If you get 50/50 frames in Super Metroid then you are using the PAL version, which runs at 50fps. You'll have to find the NTSC version to get 60 fps.

And don't ask for ROMS please. Just use some creative search terms.

just as a note, Snes9X v1.52 has been released as official..

the fix4 version should be in a sticky in this forum.
