				Changing speed the old way.

Is there a way, in this version, to speed up and down in the old way? (i.e. Each "touch" ups the frame rate in 1 m/s per frame.) In this version, the speed goes up and down in bigger and more random intervals.
Thanks in advance.

Which version previously had this feature?

1.42, the one I used/use before trying this.

It's likely that feature won't be returning due to code commits we made with 1.43, 1.51, and 1.52.
Why exactly do you need to adjust the speed in precise amounts?

Because it won't go lower than 4 ms/frame, and I am used to be able to speed it up to 1 ms/frame, which is a more effective speed boost.

				There's a potential workaround then:
1. Options > Settings...
2. Adjust the "Skip-Rendering" value. The value is in frames per second. So if you're running a (U) or (J) ROM, then simply adjust it to 60. If you're running (E) ROMs, then adjust it to 50.
Please let me know if this works.

Hmmm...apparently it doesn't, as it still lists 4 ms/frame as the lowest when I try.

Strange... I don't know of anything else to help at the moment... would you be fine with compromising with 4ms for the time being?

Sure: I can't force you to do my petty desires.

Great. Thanks... I'll forward this on to a developer and get back to you on this.

What exactly do you mean by the "page speed"?

It sounded like a human... Only now is the users' rank a Defeated Spambot... Oh well.

Yeah, it was actually a spammer (fwiw I should change that rank to Defeated Spammer, since I believe it's humans that are spamming anymore). I missed it at first, but I didn't miss it again.
