edit: I was actually looking for a way to get Vsync to actually work but it seems Direct Draw under Snes9x lacks Vsync entirely, is that right? In Windows 7 I get the dreaded stutter and stuff caused by the DWM etc. which Ver Greeneyes has been able to fix for Bsnes.

I get the occasional crash when switching to/from real fullscreen in Snes9x with Direct3D, it doesn't crash every time or even instantly but it does crash fairly often. The relevance of this is it makes it hard to use an exclusive full screen mode reliably that would likely operate without the DWM getting in the road.

You might want to try updating your directX components.

Sorry, small text. I often ignore signatures anyway. :P

You should be fine on specs, I'd talk to who ever is in charge of the Windows port... his name escapes me.
