Hi there. When I try to boot up Snes9x, I get the message:

'Snes9x - Unable to Initialize XAudio2.You will not be able to hear any sound effects or music while playing.

This is usually caused by not having a recent DirectX9 runtime installed. You can download the most recent DirectX9 runtime here:"

It then gives me link which I've folowed and tried to download but it says there is an error.

I just want to play SNES you guys lmao. Please help.
