Keyboard and Mouse Simultaneously?

Hi All,
I'm looking to play Might and Magic 2 again on my PC. I've got the game working on Snex9x but can't get the mouse working. Keyboard is fine; but ideally I'd like to be able to use the keyboard to move, and the left/right mouse buttons to emulate the A + B buttons of a SNES controller at the same time, so I can click to choose options.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
