Snes9x.com

Hi. I moved the directory location for snes9x 1.56.2 64 bit for windows, and now when I go to "recent games", it says the rom image could not be found or could not be opened. Where is the setting to change the directory location so that I can keep all the roms, cheats, and configuration files for the different games? Thanks.

Folder configuration is in "Emulation->Settings".

Usually these are relative to the snes9x folder, so there should be no need to change them. The recent games menu stores absolute paths to the last few opened roms, so if those were moved it will obviously no longer find them. You'll need to manually load them via "File->Load Game".

Thanks. I ended up editing the "Rom:RecentGame" directory paths in the "snes9x.conf" file in snes9x's installation directory, and now the recent games work properly with all the saved data.
