I think I found a possible virus!

So I was running CCleaner, so I ran the cleaner first. Then I went to the CCleaner registry error fixer. This was after I deleted Snes9x and all my emulators because they were taking up space on my C:\ drive. When I ran the registry error fixer, I saw the registry error for Snes9x, and it said Snes9x.Win32. Someone please tell me if this is a virus or not.
Registry error description: Invalid or empty file class Snes9x.Win32 HKCR\Snes9x.Win32

It is not a virus. Having ".Win32" is not an instant identifier for viruses. It's just being used here to identify that the code is 32 bit/that it's a 32 bit program.
