T P C keys

In the 'Keyboard Layout', what do the keys with little icons of a pistol with the letters 'T', 'P' and 'C' do? I read the entire help file and it wasn't mentioned. Thanks.

So if nobody on the forum, including mods, knows the answer, then who does? Who is the programmer and how do we contact them?
