hello everyone. long story short, loaded up the android version of snes9x and seems to run great - love the controller auto detect option btw! however, i've noticed some significant input lag. getting to the point where a game like super mario world would be unplayable. its not the sound lag, there's a definite lag from when i press a button to when the action takes place.
for my hardware....not a phone. running this on an android media box: minix neo X8H-plus. here's the product page for anyone in need of system specs: http://www.minix.com.hk/Products/NEO-X8 ... id-TV.html. its actually quite a well powered media box as far as they go, should have plenty of power for this.
i've read that there may be some tweaking in order....but i'm not sure what. can anyone give me a hand? thanks.
snes9x ex+ input lag

You sure its not this

Because it may be the buffer and not input lag, please next time post MORE INFO, like what gamepad are you using.

Re: snes9x ex+ input lag
no it's not bluetooth. i'm using some simple wired logitech USB controllers. what more information do you want? not that it matters anyways, you're the only one to reply in nearly 6 months.
i ended up using a different emulator that doesn't seem to have these issues. i don't like it as much as snes9x but at least it works properly.
