Weird black lines spazzing around on screen

I'm playing SNES9x at the moment, and something weird is happening with my emulation.

WEIRD BLACK LINES ARE APPEARING ALL OVER THE SCREEN.

Please help me! I have sent an attachment showing you an example of these black lines in-game.
