Cheat Entry and Editor Bug

I cannot type or copy-paste any letters into the "Enter Cheat Code" line except for E, A, D, F, X, C and B. All numbers and the "-" work fine. I have tried entering codes for multiple games, using different versions of the emulator and restarting my PC but nothing works! If anybody knows how to fix this let me know thanks

Game Genie and Action Replay codes are hex numbers, so entry is restricted to 0-9, A-F and probably x for 0xFF... like entries.
