Binding mouse keys

I looked through the readme file and did a full forum search, but this particular question doesn't seem to be answered. Is there a way to use both the mouse and keyboard at the same time? In other words, can I bind left mouse click to 'A', right mouse click to 'B', enter to 'start', etc.? I tried messing with the SNES mouse option, but it seems to disable the keyboard. Is there any way to use both, and bind mouse buttons?

the SNES Mouse is an alternate controller, used in Mario Paint and a handful of other games - it doesn't do what you're trying to do.
