Snes9x Windows Save/Load Freeze/Defrost Menu?

I have been using Snes9x on Mac OS, and there, there is a handy freeze/defrost menu you can open in-game that has little screen thumbnails for each freeze/save state slot, along with date/time stamp info. I recently migrated to Windows 7 (using the 64 bit version of Snes9x) and I can't seem to find a way to open this handy-dandy freeze/defrost menu. Can someone point me in the right direction?
