Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden Power Up/Engery Attack Error

Just Tried these Games on the Latest SNES9X. When I try and Power Up the Flashing thing around the Player sometimes comes up and most times it does it does not Flash or Not come out at all. When I use the Energy Attack same thing happens sometimes it shows up but majority it does not.

Is this Fixable or Do I have to wait for a Update to SNES9X?

Have not Changed it. It is at Default.

may be corrupted rom ?

try check the rom using No-Intro dats and RomCenter.
