Save Files across platforms issue
I recently started using Snes9x on PC, BUT for most SNES emulation to this point I've used an android device, my question is this: will I be able to use my save states and save files from a different emulator? the save files I have are from SNESdroid emulator so they are .srm files while my save states are .000, .001, .002 files. please let me know what I'd have to do so that I wont need to start these games over thnx

Re: Save Files across platforms issue
*.srm files you should be able to port over no problem.
as for save states, I don't think it'll be easy. if you're lucky you should be able to use the version of Snes9X SnesDroid was based off of (most likely 1.43) and try from there, otherwise I'm not sure if savestates can be used between ports.
Additionally if said games use passwords, try obtaining the password to continue on. of course you'll most likely lose some things, but hey better than starting from step 1 all over again, right?
