snes9x v1.43 hotkeys

I am a smw TASer and want to use v1.43 because it creates less lag and desyncs less, but I can't find where to edit the hotkeys eg. savestates, frame advance.

Could someone please help?

I think you'll need to download the version at tasvideos.org. Those types of features were added for it to make it as powerful as it is (the originals here don't include much in the way of extras). Its readme will also likely show those additions, though you'll probably find them on yoru own anyhow.
