I've been trying to use codes for Mega Man X, specifically the "Infinite Energy" and "Infinite Lives" codes. Every code I try doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone have any idea why the codes don't work? I know I've imputed them correctly.

Thanks.

P.S. I'm using the "Mega Man X (U) (V1.1) [!].smc" ROM, if that helps at all.

Where are you getting the codes from?

What operating system are you using? 32 or 64bit? Version of Snes9x? Is the text at the bottom of the window white when you load the game?
These suggestions are usually the solution to your issue!

Are you matching the ROM Regions as well? And could you give me a link to this website?

I've tried multiple regions, and I've heard of people having the same problem as me on various Youtube videos.

Note that you can't link to ROM sites, but you can link to the codes sites if you wish, as they don't contain ROMs.
