need help w bof2

i'm having a problem with the very beginning of the game where u have to fight the beak, everytime i get hit my hp automatically refills itself so Ganer can't save me lol. by the way i didnt have the cheats on; and the emulator is on my xbox, can anyone tell me how to fix this please?

Try using version 1.52 fix 4 on the PC.

Actually, it's the fault of a very common hacked ROM image. You'll need to get a clean dump instead.
