Running this, saving a game (using the normal save function within the game, by talking to Mina in the dungeon--not by using a save state), restarting, and loading the save file, just causes a lockup.
This problem has been known for a while but there doesn't seem to be a bug report for it here, so I'm reporting it now. The bug is important because it also shows up in the fan translation, however, I am *not* reporting the bug for the translation, I am reporting it for the original ROM as shown above.

There's also a problem using fast forward that show messages out of windows. Atleast with the english translation.
