A Rom problem.
The rom(Killer Instinct(USA)(Beta)) was corrupted after I opened the ROM. I think it is because of the Description of the name.

Some of the hotkeys are not configured.
I have Snes9x v1.53. Some of the hotkeys(speed +, speed -) do not work.
