no one? snes emulation works better in mame I used snes9x in the past and it was great. what am I missing???

I have a sound cracking issue on linux (fedora 33)

I have poor sound quality. I havent found a way to fix it. What sound driver should I use? PulseAudio seems to bit a bit better but cracking is still there
