Nevermind, figured it out - had to press comma to turn off button press overlays. Replying to my own thread since I can't figure out how to delete or edit it.

Hi all, So my gf's son decided to try to figure out how to make this emulator work (without asking me first - grr) and "managed to press something," which basically means he doesn't know what he did, but now I have these numbers showing in the lower-left of the screen on any game: https://...
