Problem Opening SNES9X program (d3dx9_38.dll)
I've tried downloading SNES9X from several different sites and every time, after I extract all the appropriate files I try to open the program and it gives me an error message saying a certain file, d3dx9_38.dll is missing. What can I do about this? BTW, I'm running Windows 10, if that's at all sign...
