It didn't work on prior versions, i guess it's a corrupt rom.

Alright, so today i was gonna play Super Metroid on my emulator, but for some reason, the snes9x screen was just like the normal screen, then it said that "snes9x stopped working", how do i fix this? And, when i try to pick another game like Earthbound, super mario rpg, SMW, or another gam...
