Re: Slow emulation?
When the frame rate varies around the monitor's refresh rate, that means vsync is on. You may very well get frame rates in the hundreds with it set to off. Vertical Synchronization is only useful for situations where the rendering engine is not doing a very good job keeping up with the refresh rate ...

Turn off vsync in all locations you can, including in Catalyst Control Center or whatever graphics driver you use.

Re: Snes9x with xBRZ scaler support
I'm trying to apply this to the mac renderer, but I'm kind of at a loss as to how to incorporate the code into the project. I added the three files and made some extra functions, but I don't know how to make the code fit into the program yet. I other words, I don't know how to make it activate that ...

Incompatible with OS X 10.10
SNES9x does not open roms when run under OS X 10.10. I tried once normally and the second time using the multiple roms approach. Here is what the console reported: 10/21/14 3:38:09.118 PM Snes9x[540]: WARNING: The Gestalt selector gestaltSystemVersion is returning 10.9.0 instead of 10.10.0. Use NSPr...

Re: Snes9x test builds?
Site is not responding again. Maybe I can help; I have a dedicated server and can host SNES9X files on it as a mirror. Please send me a private message or e-mail or something and let me know if I can be of assistance.
